A Few Words About Me
Hi, I’m Connor, a qualified BACP registered integrative counsellor. I’ve been a counselling client myself, so I know how daunting it can feel to reach out. That experience shapes how I support the people I work with.
I’ve spent years helping others through addiction, trauma and personal struggles, combining real life experience with professional training. I value honesty, empathy and creating a space where you feel safe, heard and understood. I focus on building trust, understanding each person’s unique story and helping people explore their thoughts and feelings.
Outside of counselling, I love being in nature, it helps me reset, reflect and stay grounded. I bring that calm energy into sessions, meeting you where you are, without pressure or judgement. Taking the first step can feel scary, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you and walk alongside you as you find your way forward.
